Private AI infrastructure for coach-client habit change. Local intelligence that makes the coaching relationship smarter—without your data ever leaving the room.
Evolutions is an iterative coaching framework built on longitudinal AI analysis of habit logs and journal entries. The client logs, the AI learns, the coach leads.
Habit logging for clients. Track daily habits, journal entries, streaks, and milestones. Standalone or coach-linked. The front door to the Evolutions ecosystem.
The engine. A local AI system that processes client data over time on commodity hardware. Open-source models, no cloud dependency. Your clients' data never leaves your premises.
AI-augmented client reporting for coaches. See patterns, generate visual lifestyle plans, and manage your practice from one dashboard. Built for independent coaches and boutique gyms.
Other platforms promise privacy in their terms of service. We enforce it in the hardware. The AI runs on a box under your desk.
The Catalyst runs entirely on commodity hardware using open-source models. No cloud. No API calls with your clients' data. Ever.
AI augments the coach. It does not replace the coach. The coaching relationship is the product—the technology makes the notebook smarter.
Not snapshot recommendations. The Catalyst processes data over weeks and months. Value compounds the longer someone uses it.
No GPU clusters. No cloud bills that scale with your client base. Deployable infrastructure that an independent coach can own and operate.
A coach and a client sitting together, looking over a notebook. The AI makes the notebook smarter.

In early 2022, founder Jason Rashaad was recovering from multiple organ failure stemming from liver cirrhosis. After requesting to be taken off dialysis, he set a single question as a framework for recovery: What comes next?
Three months sober and unemployed became one year sober and employed. Two years sober became the 2023 Detroit International Half Marathon. Acceptance to Drexel LeBow's DBA program led to formalizing the iterative self-improvement process into the Evolutions methodology—a coach-client paradigm that can scale.
Jason is the first successful case study. The research exists to test whether the method is replicable.
